Workout at the Expo!...Carole Kai hooked me and my posse up with several entries. Thanks Carole! She also asked me to bring my workout clothes to the Expo. They have several venues or "Zones" where you can "try on" different fitness regimens, such as Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, self-defense and Curves excercises. Yeah...I have to get rid of some curves, the one on my gut, and the one on my butt. Lucky me. Carole asked me several months ago if I would wear the Superman suit. My reply was that you had to be in shape to put that thing on...and even though ROUND is a shape, it's not the shape you want to be in. Who wants a FAT SUPERMAN anyway? Yikes!! Walking the Park...In preparation for the Great Aloha Run, I'll be doing more walking around Ala Moana Park. It will be a mission to burn out all the junk that I ate over the holidays. Not that Prime Rib, or Lobster Claws were bad food, it was just bad for me. Anyway, to haul my load of 304lbs 8.5 miles, is going to alot easier if I can drop some poundage. For those of you that wish to walk with me, I'll generally go after 2pm. There is no set time, and it will depend on what's going on in the day. Go visit the GAR website for more details.
